Led by Proper, of Treadwell: Proper Paths, the podcast links past experiences with current life circumstances. Each week targets a dash of Proper’s lifeline through comprehensive, stimulating discussions and empathetic humor. Guest interviews explore topics ranging from relationships, education, careers, mental health and travel, to social scenes providing refreshing perspectives and information capturing listener’s engagement, introspection, actions and entertainment. Each show will include one of our team members, covering a specific angle of the show's topic—from historical value to cultural connection to intergenerational exchange—and linking the value of networks created from life’s interactions for listeners to learn.

• Delmar Obaji aka Omega: first generation American born of West African heritage. His brash, in-your-face, honest opinion born out of years as a hip-hop artist and battle rapper are equally intellectual and tongue-in-cheek. His 'reality check' spin on topics will heat up ya debate tongue to spit fire!

• Pepsofunny: based in Detroit and known for her segment, "PepTalk," on Rize and Eargasm Radio. She enjoys assisting everyday women step out of their makeup zone via Periscope.

• TC Williams: owner of DSTRKT events, based in Washington, DC, and was one of the first DMV bloggers to have a weekly column on BET.com and Urbanflavorz.com.

• King Theo: community activist, Artistic Director, and lead Instructor of SambaFunk! Former King of San Francisco Carnaval, he has taken people on a cultural journey through the diaspora of the funky Carnaval movement.
